3. Submit Teacher Recommendation Form and Progress Reports
Once you have submitted an application form, you will see a link in your VDS Admissions Account to submit a teacher recommendation form to your child’s current or most recent teacher. In some cases, we may request your permission to speak with your child’s teachers directly.

Admissions Policy
Vermont Day School is committed to having a diverse body of learners, with a range of interests, backgrounds and abilities. Differentiating instruction to ensure that each child is learning at his/her instructional level is at the heart of what we do every day. However, we do not have learning or behavioral specialists on staff at this time. Thus, we may deny admission or re-enrollment to a child if we feel he/she may be better served at another educational setting that offers instruction or resources more suited to the child’s educational, behavioral or social-emotional needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss whether Vermont Day School is the right learning optimal for your child. We are always happy to talk!
