Fall CLIC Week is coming up! This is a very special time of the year at Vermont Day School, when all students participate in a school wide project related to a theme. Students are immersed in hands-on projects that help improve our school community. Stay tuned for updates regarding this year’s Fall CLIC Week projects!

Come celebrate the season with a musical performance from our PreK-8 students at the Shelburne Town Hall on Thursday, December 12th (6 pm). This is a special evening for our community to gather and we look forward to seeing you there!
The annual VDS Gingerbread Festival is coming up on Thursday, December 19th! VDS community members are invited to participate in our gingerbread structure building contest. Check back soon for this year’s theme and contest guidelines!

Look for Vermont Day School at the annual Shelburne Halloween parade on Sunday, October 27th. Participation in this community celebration is an annual tradition! Stay tuned to find out what our theme is for this year’s parade!
All Vermont Day School parents are invited to come to the first Friday parent coffee of the school year in the Community Room! Join us after morning drop – off at 8:00 or 8:15 am. Parents are invited to join us for Curriculum Night in your child’s classroom on Wednesday, September 18th from 6:00- 7:30 pm. Hear about all the great learning that is in store for your child this school year, visit the classroom, talk with the teachers and more! We look forward to seeing you!
The annual VDS Jog-a-thon is coming up on Friday, September 27th and we could not be more excited for this fun VDS tradition! The event is a fundraiser for our outdoor education programs to Shelburne Farms, New Village Farm and Hosmer Point. Be on the look out for information from your child’s teacher. Parents are welcome to come cheer on the walkers and runners!
